I would like to introduce myself. My name is Felipe Avina. For many years I was the senior trainer for a very large commercial janitorial service in Colorado. A few years ago, I decided it was time for me to develop my own company. You know what they say, “if you want it done right, do it yourself!” So, I have done just that.

I am a wife and a mother of three. Since my first job, I have been working with customer related service. My theory is to treat my customers the way I would like to be treated. I always had a dream of being my own boss, so I educate myself to make it happen. I took a Business Training Program at CCA and when I felt ready, together with my family, we made the move.
